Brian James Hathaway literally loves animals. Unfortunately, his type of love is a crime. Yes, Mr. Hathaway was convicted and sentenced to a year of probation recently for having sex with a dead deer. And this wasn’t the first time, either. In April of 2005, he was found guilty of felony mistreatment of an animal after he killed a horse to, well, love. At the time, he was sentenced to 18 months in jail and two months of extended supervision. Because, ya know, this guy obviously can’t be trusted alone.

His probation will be served concurrent along with the 18 months, as well as an additional nine month sentence he received in February for violating the terms of his extended release. Brian Hathaway has been a very naughty boy.

Anyway, this freak is going to be evaluated as a sex offender and also treated at an institute in Minnesota. Hopefully, they give him some shock treatment or just up and castrate him. No animal anywhere is safe from the clutches of Brian James Hathaway. Something must be done.
