Douchebags are everywhere. Hollywood is no exception:

Actor Josh Hartnett, in an apparent effort to impress chicks, was recently reported as having helped to break up a fight at Manhattan’s Whiskey Ward bar last week. But now witnesses to the fight are coming forward and are singing a much different tune.

It turns out that Hartnett’s friends were acting “very aggressive” at the bar that night and were apparently the cause of the problems. Word is that Hartnett himself simply stood idly by during the altercation, not even attempting to break it up. I guess he didn’t want to mess up his hair.

Listen, Joshie-poo. Next time you want to do a good deed, do everyone a favor and discourage people from seeing your movies. I mean, c’mon, “Hollywood Homicide” and “Pearl Harbor,” anyone?

And who could forget “Halloween H20”? Oh, that’s right. We all could.

But seriously, we should probably cut the guy some slack. It must really suck getting out-acted by a mute in a mask.
